01Which email should I use?+
Use the email linked to your Space Hunter profile so your enquiry can be associated with the correct account.
02When do store products refresh?+
The payment store shows default packages before sign-in. Available products refresh after your account is verified.
03Which package prices can I enter?+
Enter a listed package price ending in .99, such as 49.99. The price must match a package available for your verified account. Arbitrary amounts are not supported.
04Where do payments open?+
After your order is prepared, select “Continue to payment” to open checkout in a new browser tab. Review the payment details before confirming.
05What if account lookup fails?+
Check that you entered the email linked to your game profile and that your connection is working. If the problem continues, include the error message in your enquiry.
06How do I contact the studio?+
Use the contact form above for account, download, purchase, privacy, or business questions. “Compose Email” prepares a draft for you to review and send from your own email account.
